Our service offerings include:
- Product Inspection - Our trained staff can inspect goods for proper color, size, length and weight. We confirm loose stones manually or with vibration equipment and verify bracelet or necklace clasps and earring posts.
- Cleaning Services - Pieces can be cleaned by hand, with steam, or ultrasonically, depending on the client's request. Buffing and polishing is also done with select goods.
- Repair & Refurbishment - Our trained jewelers can handle a wide variety of requests including re-sizing, re-plating, stone replacement, and general repairs.
- Mix n' Match - Often clients do not have the time or ability to repair goods. We can mix and match within a shipment to ensure that the maximum number of pieces meet your retailer's expectations.
- Watch Part Replacements - As we are an authorized minor watch warranty service provider, we provide watch part replacements including band, steam, crown, crystal etc. We also repair other brand watches.
